Today Judy Bolier (Owner) and her daughter Jennifer Schustek (Manager) carry on the tradition and impeccably high standards of making a pie that they believe is simply the best. All pies are made with a homemade, hand rolled crust to ensure tender and flaky perfection. Only all pure and natural ingredients are allowed: NEVER any preservatives and NEVER any canned fruit or filling. Feedback from customers supports that they must be doing it right. In a 2 month span alone in 2012 this little cafe in the tiny village of Iola, WI sold over 6,000 pieces of pie!
